Hey Gessy!
Glad you have had a wonderful day. Duncan Donuts--what a fabulous place. My wife and I have decided to go to a sugar free lifestyle. We only eat 10 to 15 teaspoons of sugar per day in our diet. We're both loving it because we're lossing weight, my blood pressure is coming down, and we feel great.
Thanks for your ping, and I'm having a fantastic day. Another balmy and partly cloudy day in Kentucky. The lake was relatively calm today, and we simply enjoyed out day!

Today, we went to Paducah to do some shopping. We took a couple of items back that we didn't need, and went to Sam's to buy a few groceries.
It has been beautiful here. We haven't had rain since about the last week in October. Thats right! 14 straight days without rain in Kentucky--never heard of unless we are in the middle of the summer. So when we got back home, I washed the truck. My son and I had used it to go deer hunting last weekend, and it was pretty dirty.
Never let the rain dampen your spirits--pun intended. Stay positive and upbeat even though it is raining. However, whenever we feel bad already, and then the rain comes, it kinda gets to us, doesn't it. Glad you're feeling better, and hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow. Any plans for tomorrow?

congrats on tackling the fridge! those anual cleanings always blow! I got to be soaked in the rain in wonderful salem while pushing in carts at safeway (part of my job) but I kinda enjoyed it. haven't been in the rain like that in a longgg time so i just let it soad my hair :)
